Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EidClock ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Nature of the Service
EidClock provides an informational, auto-updating countdown to Ramadan, Eid ul Fitr and Eid al Adha, based on published Islamic (Hijri) calendar sources such as the Umm al-Qura Calendar and the Fiqh Council of North America's calculations.
No Guarantee of Date Accuracy
Islamic calendar dates depend on lunar sighting and can be officially confirmed only by recognised moon-sighting authorities. EidClock's countdown is a reliable estimate but is provided "as is", without warranty that displayed dates will exactly match your local or national announcement. Always confirm important dates (travel, leave, Qurbani arrangements) with your local mosque or national authority.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use automated systems to scrape content at a rate that degrades the service for other users.
Intellectual Property
The design, layout and original written content of EidClock are owned by EidClock unless otherwise stated. Islamic calendar data is derived from public reference sources.
Limitation of Liability
EidClock is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the dates or information displayed on the Site, including missed travel, work, or religious plans.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
